Christ’l Dullaert is a leading negotiation expert and prominent thought leader in the Dutch legal world. After building a successful career as an international lawyer, she started in 2005 the first legal temping agency in the Netherlands, Le Tableau. Still being active as an advisor for Le Tableau she concentrates now on activities as a negotiation trainer, moderator and non- executive board member.

Christ'l hosts negotiation training and workshops all over Europe and beyond for individuals and groups with a particular specialism for those within the legal profession, multi party negotiations (i.a. European Works council) and training designed for women in the workplace. She works from Spaces Locations worldwide (she loves London, Paris, Dusseldorf, New York and Cape Town specifically) and regularly speaks at international conferences and events. In 2024 Christ’l started to work as a skills trainer in the Shiraka progam, organised bij CILC. She delivered trainings for Female judges of Bahrein, Jordania and Kuwait.
